As the labor market heats up, other employers are starting to poach your best employees.  And, as they get more desperate to hire good people, their efforts will intensify.  So how can you find out how vulnerable your employees are?

Various web sites are now offering employees the opportunity to rate the firms they work for.  One such is glassdoor.com.  Here is what the employees of some large engineering firms think about their companies.  If you go onto www.glassdoor.com, you can also find comments from individual employees.
