PSMJ Advises Engineering Testing Services on its Sale to Atlas Technical Consultants

San Ramon, CA based Engineering Testing Services Corporation (ETS) has been acquired by Atlas Technical Consultants.  PSMJ Resources, Inc. initiated the transaction and provided financial advisory services to ETS throughout the sale.

With more than 500 employees, capabilities within the ETS family of companies include all aspects of environmental, geotechnical engineering, materials testing and special inspection services as well as construction management and engineering geology.  ETS has offices in eight states and is headquartered in San Ramon, CA. Operating companies in the ETS group include Consolidated Engineering Laboratories , United-Heider Inspection Group, Materials Testing and Inspection, CEL Consulting and Geosphere Consultants.
