November 17, 2025 – Miami, FLArdurra Group, Inc., a nationally recognized engineering and consulting firm, announces the acquisition of MKN & Associates, Inc., a California‑based firm specializing in water and wastewater engineering services for municipal and government clients. This acquisition expands Ardurra’s expertise in water infrastructure and strengthens its presence across the Western U.S.

November 17, 2025 – Overland Park, KSPape‑Dawson Engineers, a leading provider of civil engineering and consulting services, announces the acquisition of Coffman Associates, a nationally recognized airport planning firm with offices in Kansas and Arizona. This acquisition expands Pape‑Dawson’s aviation practice and enhances its planning and environmental capability—adding more than 600 airport master plans, 450 environmental documentation projects, and 150 noise and land‑use studies to its portfolio.

November 14, 2025 – San Jose, CALegence Corp., a leading provider of engineering, consulting, installation, and maintenance services for mission‑critical building systems, announces an agreement to acquire The Bowers Group, Inc. (Bowers), a Northern Virginia‑based mechanical contractor. The transaction strengthens Legence’s mechanical contracting capabilities, adds over 370,000 square feet of fabrication capacity, and expands its presence in the East Coast, Southeast, and Midwest markets, particularly in the data center and high‑growth infrastructure sectors.

November 12, 2025 – Montréal, QCValsoft Corporation, a technology investment firm specializing in vertical market software businesses, announces the acquisition of bids&tenders, a digital procurement platform designed to streamline and modernize public and private sector procurement processes. The transaction enhances Valsoft’s public‑sector and procurement software portfolio, bringing advanced bid‑creation, supplier‑management, digital‑scorecard evaluation, and contract‑oversight capabilities to its platform.

November 12, 2025 – St. Louis, MOSchaub Projects, a leading residential architecture and design firm, announces the acquisition of Metheny Architects, a Florida‑based architecture firm known for its modern, high‑end residential designs and client‑centered approach. This acquisition expands Schaub Projects’ design bandwidth and strengthens its presence in the Midwest and beyond.

November 11, 2025 – St. Louis, MOBW Design Group, a fully integrated architecture, engineering, and construction firm, announces the acquisition of Malisko Engineering, a nationally recognized system integration and automation company. This transaction enhances BW Design Group’s end‑to‑end solutions for manufacturing, life sciences, and advanced technology clients by incorporating Malisko’s expertise in process controls, industrial networking, and data integration.

November 10, 2025 – Montreal, QCAtkinsRéalis Group Inc., a global engineering services and nuclear company, announces the acquisition of C2AE, Inc., a Michigan‑based architecture and engineering firm with eight offices and approximately 120 professionals. This acquisition strengthens AtkinsRéalis’ presence in the U.S. Upper Midwest and enhances its technical capabilities in the water, transportation, and buildings & places sectors.

November  7, 2025 – Los  Angeles, CANMS Consulting, in partnership with NMS Capital Group, announces the formation of Saliba Group, a new program and construction management services firm. The launch builds on more than 130 years of the Saliba family’s legacy in construction and engineering and comes with a 2026 project pipeline of approximately $500 million. Saliba Group’s headquarters will be in Los Angeles, with regional offices in Prague and Istanbul, reinforcing the firm’s global reach across infrastructure, energy, real estate, water, and transportation markets

October  31, 2025 – Rapid City, SDInterstate Engineering, a regional leader in civil engineering, surveying, and planning, announces the acquisition of TerraSite Design, a Rapid City‑based firm specializing in civil engineering, landscape architecture, and planning services. This acquisition strengthens Interstate Engineering’s presence in South Dakota, expands its land‑development and infrastructure capabilities, and enriches its service offering with enhanced landscape architecture and community planning expertise
