How Does PSMJ Award Winners?

In order to determine our winners, we weigh the different categories that respondents evaluate our participants in. The Net Promoter Score has an outsized impact on this weighting, reflecting its preeminence as a metric for client satisfaction. These scores are weighted against the response rate for each participant yielding a final weighted scoring.  A/E/C Premier Award for Client Satisfaction award winners represent the top 10 of all entries.
Of course, whether you win or not, we share your firm’s results with you (and only you…confidentiality is of the utmost importance). Winners will be announced in July 2024.

Awards will be presented at the A/E/C THRIVE conference on September 25-27, 2024 in Austin, TX.
