How Do Firms Win?
To determine winners of the AEC Premier Award for Client Satisfaction, we assign a weight to each question in the client survey and determine an overall score. Among the questions, the Net Promoter Score has an outsized impact, reflecting its preeminence as a metric for client satisfaction. Overall scores are then weighted using the client response rate, yielding a final scoring. Annual AEC Premier Award for Client Satisfaction award winners are the top 10 highest scoring firms.
Of course, whether your firm wins an award or not, you get a comprehensive and confidential client survey report that identifies areas for improvement. This report alone is worth a multiple of the award entry fee.
