How Does PSMJ Award Winners?We rank firms by average score for each of the 47 questions and then by employee participation rate. For example, if your firm has an average score of 5.2 for one of the 47 questions, that contributes 5.2 points to your firm’s overall point total. We then multiply your overall point total by your firm’s participation rate to determine your score. AEC Employer of Choice® award winners represent the top 20% of all entries. Of course, whether you win or not, we share your firm’s results with you (and only you…confidentiality is of the utmost importance).
