How Does PSMJ Award Winners?We rank firms by average score for each of the 70 questions and then by employee participation rate. For example, if your firm has an average score of 5.2 for one of the 70 questions, that contributes 5.2 points to your firm’s overall point total. We then multiply your overall point total by your firm’s participation rate to determine your score. AEC Employer of Choice® award winners represent the top 20% of all entries. Of course, whether you win or not, we share your firm’s results with you (and only you…confidentiality is of the utmost importance). Winners will be announced in July 2024.
Awards will be presented at the AEC THRIVE conference on September 25-27, 2024 in Austin, TX. |
