December 2, 2024 – Gainesville, GA – Carroll Daniel Construction Company has acquired the assets of O’Neal Inc. Engineering of Greenville, SC. The business units of O’Neal Inc. will combine with Carroll Daniel’s existing in-house Engineering and Architecture groups, which will operate as Carroll Daniel Engineering going forward. The acquisition includes the addition of over 100 engineers and support staff to Carroll Daniel’s team.
November 22, 2024 – Rockville, MD – Apex Companies, LLC (Apex), announced the acquisition of Weiler Engineering Corporation, (Weiler Engineering), a Florida-based turnkey engineering firm who supports various municipal and private markets.
