November 7, 2024 – Godspeed Capital Management LP (“Godspeed Capital”), a lower middle market Defense & Government services, solutions, and technology focused private equity firm, today announced the acquisition of Mason Blau & Associates, Inc. (“MBA”) by its architecture, engineering, and consulting (“AEC”) services platform, Stengel Hill Architecture (“SHA”). SHA is an award-winning architecture, master planning, and interior design firm focused on serving the U.S. healthcare infrastructure market. This transaction marks the second addition to SHA’s growing platform, and strategically expands its geographic footprint and key customer relationships within Florida’s important AEC services market. November 1, 2024 – T. W. Consultants, Inc. (TWC) and T. W. Engineering, Inc. (TWE) now join the Quality Engineering Solutions, Inc. (QES) and KDG Construction Consulting (KDG) family of companies. This move marks another significant investment in the Mid-Atlantic and an important milestone in their growth across Pennsylvania and the surrounding region. The TWC and TWE sister companies have been under the sole ownership of Mr. A. R. Tasir (Tas) Wahlah since their inception. Effective November 1, 2024, TWE merged into TWC, and the two firms are now one entity.

October 31, 2024- Bowman announced it has entered into a definitive purchase agreement to acquire Exeltech Consulting, Inc. (“Exeltech”) based in Lacey, Washington. Exeltech specializes in bridge design, transportation planning, environmental compliance, civil engineering, landscape architecture, permitting and construction management for owners and operators of transportation infrastructure, transit facilities, ports and harbors, waterfront developments, building structures, and storm drainage and utility systems. Led by Santosh Kuruvilla, PE, SE, PMP, Exeltech serves clients throughout the Pacific Northwest from offices in Washington, Oregon, and Montana.
October 31, 2024- IMEG announced the acquisition of FHI Studio, a mobility, engagement, planning, and design consulting firm. This acquisition adds two new team locations for IMEG in Connecticut and New York. The leaders of FHI will join IMEG’s leadership team providing guidance throughout the transition.
