GROWTH STRATEGY: Feedback without action is really just leadership theater.

Running surveys, hosting listening sessions, and nodding thoughtfully, but then changing nothing, is worse than silence. It signals that leadership wants the appearance of engagement without the inconvenience of change. If employees stop responding honestly or clients stop offering insight, this is why.
