Call for Presentations

Thank you for your interest in speaking at AEC TalentMAX!

We are currently accepting proposals for breakout sessions and keynotes at the leading talent strategies summit for the architecture and engineering industry. In 2024 over 120 AEC executives, principals, recruiters, and team leaders left AEC TalentMAX with dozens of action steps to apply to their firms and we project an even larger audience in vibrant New Orleans for 2025!

Selected speakers enjoy visibility in front of senior-level executives from a wide range of architecture and engineering firms plus a complete AEC TalentMAX registration, FREE.

Breakout sessions are 50 minutes long with 5-6 minutes of flex time for Q&A while keynotes are 75 minutes with 15 minutes allotted for Q&A. 

In reviewing speaking submissions, we seek out proposals for presentations that deliver:

• Proven strategies for success in talent management as the AEC industry competes for the most attractive designers, engineers, and project managers.
• Relevant content for AEC firm leaders.
• Action-oriented ideas that attendees can implement at their own firms.
