Coffee and Calibration

This is definitely not your average welcome session. Don’t stay up too late on Monday night because we start fast with a provocative roundtable discussion of blind spots, growth constraints, and uncertainty that lies ahead. This candor and level setting gets us synced up for the rest of our time together.

9:00 AM - 11:00 AM

The Strategy & Growth Lab

We get into the fundamental underpinnings that drive long-term growth and sustainable success.

  • Leveraging strategic, scenario, and business planning to stay focused on the mission and deliver high performance
  • Building a leadership and corporate governance structure that fosters a growth culture
  • Keeping culture intact through organic and acquisitive growth
  • Creating a business development model to get the best clients at the highest fees

We review, discuss, and map out solutions for a REAL strategic growth challenge facing one of your fellow participants.

The Talent Optimization Lab

We dig into more than just getting the right people in the right seats. We’re looking at breakthrough strategies for everything from recruiting to offboarding.

  • Building a recruiting pipeline to consistently find the best talent
  • Getting high performance from multi-generational teams
  • Creating a leadership development program to create tomorrow’s leaders today
  • Dealing with underperformance and conflict in a productive way

We unpack aligning your business and technology strategy to drive results. We’ll review use cases, myths, and questions holding you back from your next tech move.
