Your AEC business runs on your people, and those people run on your culture – your core values, beliefs, and expectations that should inform every business decision.

In the face of so much recent change, are you confident that your firm’s culture is able to drive the growth that your team is capable of achieving in today's new  operating environment that favors innovation, flexibility, and bold thinking?

Time and again, research shows that it's an AEC firm’s culture that fosters employee engagement, enhances client satisfaction, and fuels long-term sustainable growth. Yet more than ever, with generational change, outside capital pouring into our industry, and AI poised to change how projects are sold and executed… how you define your culture, communicate it, nurture it, and monitor it, is an increasingly tricky challenge for AEC executives. In fact, getting it right (or wrong) could be what makes or breaks your firm’s future.

Do any of these questions sound familiar?
  • How do we preserve the legacy of our firm while driving growth with next generation leaders?
  • How do we stay nimble and client-focused as we grow organically and through acquisition?
  • Where can we find the right talent that "gets it" to truly advance our vision?
  • How do we make leadership development a core competency and create a platform that is a magnet for the best talent?
  • How do we ensure we have a sustainable ownership program that grows with the firm?
If so, this AEC Business Accelerator Lab is for you. Over two immersive days, you and peer executives build a new and powerful set of specific strategies for creating the high performance culture that is dialed in to today's realities to attack business growth hurdles in:
  • Talent acquisition in the new flexible work environment
  • Leadership development that isn't the old-school one-size-fits-all approach
  • Org structure and culture communication that is lean and dynamic
  • Growth through acquisition without overpaying for a cultural integration headache
  • Embracing emerging tech and innovation in a smart and risk-averse way
  • The secrets of change management that too many firm leaders overlook
  • And much more

Come prepared to stretch your thinking, question the status quo, and hear some of the most innovative approaches to fine-tuning firm culture to make it the engine that pushes you past growth barriers to superior financial performance. We limit attendance to 27 AEC firm executives and principals who are eager to tackle some of the most pressing cultural challenges, test-drive new strategies, and build lasting business connections in a defenses-down and confidential setting.
