Director of Finance | Eskew+Dumez+Ripple
Jenifer is a Principal and the Director of Finance for architecture, interiors, and urban planning firm Eskew+Dumez+Ripple. She has over 25 years of experience in business and financial management and her experience ranges from auditing with major public accounting firms to managing companies in a diverse range of industries. Since starting at the firm in 2003, her work has lead the firm to its highest level of profitability since its inception in 1989 while maintaining and enhancing the firm’s transparent, collaborative creative environment. Jenifer works closely with the firm’s partners and maintains an active role on each project by assisting each Project Manager to track project performance targets. She brings this hands-on approach to financial management combined with an engaging and down-to-earth delivery style to ensure that those with deep financial experience as well as those with no financial experience at all leave this program with new skills and new ideas for improvement!
Mike D’Alessandro, P.E., PMP
Senior Principal | Geosyntec
Mike is a Senior Principal with 1,500-person consulting and engineering firm Geosyntec. In this role, Mike leads the firm’s strategic planning and growth investments. He works across the enterprise and closely with the individual business unit leaders to set budget targets, define the right financial key performance indicators, and to take corrective action where needed to ensure that the firm meets its objectives for long-term sustainable success. Mike understands what drives growth and profitability for an A/E/C firm because he has spent his entire career in the industry. He’s worked as a Staff Engineer, Project Manager, Branch Office Manager, and Principal. Additionally, he has trained thousands of A/E/C professionals through PSMJ’s A/E/C Project Management Bootcamp and A/E/C Principals Bootcamp. His diverse experience in areas from project management to fee-setting and contract negotiation means he can relate to the financial challenges that you bring to this program.
