PARIC Corporation is an ENR 200 design/build firm based in St. Louis. Andy works closely with the entire PARIC leadership team to develop strategy and implementation planning to unify A/E/C technology into a highly integrated platform. He is involved in multiple strategic and collaborative partnerships with leading technology vendors, and over the past decade has impacted the development of reality capture technologies including drones and robotic total stations, and cloud-based platforms including Autodesk, BIM360, 3DR, Beck Technology, and DESTINI. Andy was recently awarded the distinction as a Top Tech Executive in St. Louis by the St. Louis Business Journal.

Mike Flatt, a vice president and Hanson Professional Services' chief project management officer, has served the firm for 23 years. His role encompasses leading a team of project administrators, project management training and governance, risk management committee participation and contract and project management for Hanson’s government market. As a licensed structural engineer, professional engineer and certified project management professional, Mike has designed and managed many projects nationwide. He managed the company’s first design-build project for the federal services market and was the first structural engineer at Hanson to use Building Information Modeling software for structural projects. He also holds the distinction of being the first structural engineer at Hanson to earn Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professionals (LEED ® AP) certification from the U.S. Green Building Council. Mike is a member of the National Society of Professional Engineers, the Illinois Society of Professional Engineers and the Society of American Military Engineers.

Lance Ballinger joined engineering firm Hanson Professional Services in 1999 and serves in Hanson’s computer services department. He provides database support and application development on several database and general computer applications. He specializes in data management and collection, database development, website implementation, geographic information system (GIS) administration and support and computer programming. During his career at Hanson, Ballinger has worked on several high-profile program management projects.
