Alan Bollinger has trained thousands of project managers on the principles of successful project delivery and financial management. He is a highly experienced project manager himself, responsible, over the course of his career, for project identification, scope and fee development, project team selection, and leading the execution of collective work. As Vice President and Director of U.S. Operations for the U.S. Transportation Group at Jacobs, Alan designed and launched his own leadership course, which trained hundreds of emerging leaders on how to reach their full potential and advance their careers. With this passion for developing leaders, Alan has spoken across the U.S. at conferences about how to elevate leadership in the A/E/C industry. Alan served as the Program Manager for NASA’s Marshall Space Flight Center CERCLA program with a solid record of success in meeting ever-changing and increasingly complex regulatory requirements. Alan received the Achievement Award from NASA’s Remedial Project Manager for “exemplary efforts demonstrated in the planning and preparation of Marshall Superfund related documents.” Alan attended Auburn University, where he received his bachelor’s degree in civil engineering and his master’s degree in environmental engineering. |
