Mary Prescott Mary Prescott has over 38 years of experience in leading and managing programs, projects and organizational change efforts. In addition to her work with PSMJ, Mary currently drives 16 innovation projects with the City of Saint Paul in the work areas of business process improvement, customer service, equity, performance management, and technology. Prior to joining the City of Saint Paul, Mary held numerous executive management positions with the Minnesota Department of Transportation (MnDOT) including: Manager–Enhancing Financial Effectiveness; Fiscal and Administrative Services Manager; Transportation Planning Director; Civil Rights Director; and LEAN Program Director. Mary also worked on teams tasked with project delivery streamlining, innovative construction methods, and activity-based costing/budgeting/management. She specializes in coaching project management and execution strategies, so professionals can deliver projects easier while managing internal and external pressures using proven methods and tools that can reduce costs, increase delivery times and improve the quality of products and services. Mary has a BA in Business Administration from Metropolitan State University and a graduate of Minnesota’s first State Senior Leadership Institute from the University of Minnesota, Humphrey School of Public Affairs. She is the recipient of many awards including Excellence in Program Administration from USDOT; Design Build Leadership, and Service and Commitment from the Minnesota Council for the Blind. Duane Lindner, P.Eng., ENV SP Duane Lindner, P.Eng., ENV SP has been actively engaged in the consulting engineering industry for over 25 years, having worked for several firms of varying sizes and disciplines. He is a senior Project Manager for Associated Engineering in Ontario, Canada, where he built a successful branch office in new geographic territory from the ground up. More recently, he has handed off his management roles to focus purely on his passion: project delivery. |
