October 15, 2024 – Providus Capital Partners (“Providus”), a growth-oriented equity partner for the architecture and engineering (“A&E”) industry, today announced that it has partnered with McMillan Pazdan Smith (“MPS”), a leading architecture and planning firm. This partnership enables the MPS team to accelerate the execution of their growth strategy, while creating additional opportunities for staff and clients.

October 8, 2024 – Global diversified professional services and investment management company, Colliers (NASDAQ, TSX: CIGI), announced today that Colliers Engineering & Design Australia (“Colliers Engineering”) has acquired TTM Group Pty Limited (“TTM”), a leading transportation engineering consultancy headquartered in Brisbane, Queensland. The addition will augment Colliers Engineering’s overall scale and add new traffic and transportation capabilities across Queensland, New South Wales, and Victoria. TTM’s senior leadership team will become shareholders in the Colliers Engineering platform under Colliers’ unique partnership model. The business will rebrand as “Colliers Engineering & Design” and fully integrate into the rapidly expanding Colliers Engineering platform. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

October 8, 2024 – Woolpert has acquired Greenbox Architecture, a Sydney, Australia-based, full-service architecture firm that specializes in providing interior and exterior design services for data centers and commercial, health care, and residential clients. This move expands the global reach, advances the capabilities, and increases the bench strength of both firms. Woolpert—a full-service architecture, engineering, geospatial, and strategic consulting firm—has been a leader in data center design in the U.S. and the U.K. since 2022 when it acquired Sheehan Nagle Hartray Architects (SNHA).

October 7, 2024Langan Engineering & Environmental Services officially announced today the acquisition of Robert Stephen Consulting (RSC), a leader in Integrated Workplace Management Systems (IWMS) and Geographic Information System (GIS) solutions. Langan continues to rapidly grow its digital solutions practice around the country, and the addition of RSC reinforces the firm’s commitment to providing innovative technological solutions to its clients nationwide. IWMS is an essential space-planning tool for clients looking to maximize workplace efficiency, streamline asset management, and significantly improve operations across their portfolio.
