M&A Transactions:

October 3, 2024 – Godspeed Capital Management LP 
(“Godspeed”), a lower middle market Architecture, Engineering, & Consulting (“AEC”) and Government Services focused private equity firm, today announced the acquisition of Robert G. Campbell & Associates (“RGC&A”) by ICE USA, its transportation-focused engineering and consulting services and solutions platform holding company. The transaction marks the second addition to Godspeed’s expanding ICE USA platform and deepens its surveying, civil engineering, and construction management capabilities for public works and transportation agency customers within the highly attractive Tennessee market.

October 2, 2024 – DeSimone Consulting Engineering has acquired Ohio-based MER Engineers, Inc., a recognized leader in precast and tilt-up design and detailing. The move is the latest in DeSimone’s strategy to expand while increasing the depth and breadth of the services the company offers its clients across global markets.

October 1, 2024 – Atlantec Engineers, a North Carolina-based mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and energy modeling engineering firm, has joined IMEG.

Located in Raleigh, N.C., and founded in 1992, Atlantec Engineers has provided engineering design services on a wide variety of projects in the commercial, healthcare, sports and recreation, housing, and historic renovation and restoration markets. The firm prioritizes client needs, sustainability, and adaptability along with collaboration and continuous improvement.

October 1, 2024 – Innovae, a Colorado-based multi-discipline industrial engineering design company, has joined IMEG. The merger expands both firms’ Pharmaceutical, Food and Beverage, and other related Life Science portfolios.

Founded in 2016, Innovae’s mission has been to provide innovative and sustainable engineering solutions to Life Science, Food and Beverage, and other FDA regulated and commercial manufacturing clients. Innovae’s focus and continued success in helping clients meet their product-to-market goals has been driven by creative multi-disciplinary engineering and design services that have led to impactful project outcomes.

September 25, 2024 – BNP Associates, Inc. (“BNP” or the “Company”), a leading air transportation design and engineering firm, today announced that it has received a strategic investment from Godspeed Capital Management LP (“Godspeed Capital”), a lower middle-market Defense & Government services, solutions, and technology-focused private equity firm. The financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

September 20, 2024 – Hennick & Company, Inc. (“HennickCo”) announced today the completion of a long-term strategic partnership with Leo A Daly, LLC (“LAD”) and Lockwood, Andrews & Newnam (“LAN”). With 26 offices located across the United States, LAD and LAN (“LEO A DALY”) employ 850 professionals providing architecture, planning, engineering, program and project management and interior design services. As part of the transaction, and in keeping with HennickCo’s partnership philosophy and commitment to significant employee ownership, 42 senior employees have acquired a 25% stake in these firms. This marks the largest expansion of equity ownership in the company’s history. For the 12 months ending February 29, 2024, LEO A DALY generated combined global revenues of US$232 million.
