August 1, 2023 - DiGioia Gray (King of Prussia, Pennsylvania) acquired by Gannett Fleming (Camp Hill, Pennsylvania) on August 1st, 2023. “The need for sustainable infrastructure optimizing the total lifecycle cost of ownership is becoming more urgent as climate change accelerates and impacts decades of underinvestment in critical infrastructure. August 2, 2023 – RTM Engineering Consultants (Schaumberg, Illinois) acquires ASYS (Newport Beach, California). “ASYS’ extensive experience in healthcare projects will be a valuable asset moving forward. Our partnership will allow us to increase the scope of the MEP services we provide to clients in California,” said RTM CEO Toney Mirchandani.
