PSMJ is currently accepting keynote, breakout session, and panel moderator proposals at this in-person, face-to-face event coming February 26-28, 2025 to the Atlantis Resort, Paradise Island, Bahamas. Selected speakers enjoy visibility in front of C-level executives from a wide range of architecture and engineering firms, leading experts in mergers & acquisitions financing and deal execution, plus a complete AEC M&A Summit registration, FREE.

Breakout sessions and moderated panel discussions are 60 minutes long.  Keynotes are 60-75 minutes. The most successful submissions will describe a session that delivers:

• Case-based discussions of M&A transactions in the architecture and engineering (civil, structural, environmental, MEP) industry.
• Best-practices for identifying, analyzing, and negotiating with M&A target firms.
