Call for Presentations

Thank you for your interest in speaking at AEC INNOVATE.

We are currently accepting proposals for breakout sessions and keynotes at the leading A.I. and technology strategies summit for the architecture and engineering industry. We are excited to bring this event to Austin, Texas June 18-20, 2025!

The deadline for proposal submissions is January 15th, 2025.

Selected speakers enjoy visibility in front of senior-level executives from a wide range of architecture and engineering firms plus a complete AEC INNOVATE registration, FREE.

Recent AEC INNOVATE conference attendee titles include Director of Technology, CEO, Principal/Architect, CIO, Practice Technology Leader, Project Manager, Engineering Director, Director of Operations/COO, BIM Technology Manager, VP of Innovation and other executive and technology leaders

Breakout sessions are 45 minutes long with 5-6 minutes of flex time for Q&A while keynotes are 60 minutes with 15 minutes allotted for Q&A. 

In reviewing speaking submissions, we seek out proposals for presentations that deliver:

• Proven strategies for applying artificial intelligence and other technology to design, project management, business development, operations, CRM, and other functions.
• Relevant content for AEC firm leaders.
• Action-oriented ideas that attendees can implement at their own firms.
