Call for Presentations

Thank you for your interest in speaking at A/E/C TalentMAX!

We are currently accepting proposals for breakout sessions and keynotes at the leading talent strategies summit for the architecture and engineering industry. In 2023 over 120 A/E/C executives, principals, recruiters, and team leaders left with dozens of action steps to apply to their firms and we project an even larger audience in beautiful Tampa/Clearwater for 2024!

The deadline for proposal submissions is November 30th, 2023.

Selected speakers enjoy visibility in front of senior-level executives from a wide range of architecture and engineering firms plus a complete A/E/C TalentMAX registration, FREE.

Breakout sessions are 50 minutes long with 5-6 minutes of flex time for Q&A while keynotes are 75 minutes with 15 minutes allotted for Q&A. 

In reviewing speaking submissions, we seek out proposals for presentations that deliver:

• Proven strategies for success in talent management as the A/E/C industry competes for the most attractive designers, engineers, and project managers.
• Relevant content for A/E/C firm leaders.
• Action-oriented ideas that attendees can implement at their own firms.
