Attorney Charlie Plumb represents management in all phases of employment law and labor relations, including compliance with state and federal regulations. He leads programs on best practices for avoiding legal missteps in the recruiting process and conflict arising from the employer/employee relationship.

Anne Bielski is a talent acquisition advisor at EXP, a global engineering firm providing engineering, architecture, design and consulting services to the world’s built and natural environments. Andrew leads BRR Architecture's Philadelphia office and provides senior-level leadership for grocery and retail projects throughout the Northeast. He is instrumental in working with project managers to maintain a high level of quality as projects progress through design, permitting, production and construction phases. Additionally, Andrew is one of three in-house green building assessors certified through the Green Building Initiative.
Carrie Ann Williams, CPSM
For more than 18 years, Carrie Ann Williams has worked with firms to tie their recruiting and retention plan to their marketing efforts - starting with a strategic workshop, moving through research and analysis, resulting in clear goals and an implementation plan.
She is active with Society of American Military Engineers (SAME), the Society for Marketing Professional Services, Urban Land Institute, and the American Institute of Architects. Recognition includes the Young Member Award from SAME Baltimore and the SAME Regional Vice President’s Medal.
Joan Redhair is the Vice President of Human Resources at BRR and a member of the firm’s leadership team. She has been committed to balancing the business needs with strategies and programs that encourage and support BRR’s strong work culture.
