Thank you for your interest in speaking at A/E/C CultureSHIFT.

We are currently accepting proposals for breakout sessions at this in-person, face-to-face event September 20, 2023 at the The Grand America Hotel in Salt Lake City, immediately preceding our A/E/C THRIVE executive summit.

Selected speakers enjoy visibility in front of senior-level leaders from a wide range of architecture and engineering firms plus a complimentary registration for both A/E/C CultureSHIFT and A/E/C THRIVE that immediately follows it.

Panel sessions and breakouts are 50 minutes long with 5-6 minutes of flex time for Q&A. In reviewing speaking submissions, we seek out proposals for presentations that deliver:

• Proven strategies for building a more equitable workforce at an A/E/C firm.
• Action steps for A/E/C leaders seeking to improve firm-wide gender and racial diversity
• DEI tactics that attendees can implement at their own firms.
